Mental wellness eats

Hippocrates once said, let food be thy medicine and medicine thy food. As it turns out, there is scientific evidence linking diet and mental health and wellness. Nutritional psychiatry has been described by Professor Mark Haub of Kansas state university as a field where both mental and nutrition professionals can cross over and better understand how food and nutrients can affect mental health and mental status. I have been on a quest to find out what kinds of food can I start eating for me to have more mental focus and clarity, and boy, was Hippocrates right? I have shared here a few of my finds for mental wellness eats;
